I came to know Deepak Chopra in a very un-usual way, as he is a medical doctor who writes extensively on spirituality and diverse topics in mind- body medicine; however I was introduced to this extraordinary man through a music clip.
A very special friend of mine sent me this musical piece about 2 years ago, I got so fond of everything in it; the musical beats, the words, the voices of the speakers, and the different video clips made by fans that can be found on you tube.
I Google-d Deepak Chopra, since Demi Moore is already known to all of us, and I found my treasure of tips and advice on almost everything in life, another "Oprah Winfrey" Website.
So, my advice to all of you is to take sometime and check out his site, I'm sure you will find something that would interest you one way or another.

This is a must-read; trust me, especially if you are one of those people who got caught up in the daily routine busy life to the extent of falling into depression. I know that, because every time I feel I'm imprisoned by work, and other routine I feel so depressed and itching for something new, that I never find. This article came in just in the right time for me.
So, my dear friends, lets make these 27 points our "April resolution", and let's have some new resolutions every month starting with these. Starting of tomorrow, everyday we will work on one point together and I will feed you back with my experience from that specific tip of the day, as we shall call it later on.
